June 21st is National Indigenous Peoples Day. As an Indigenous owned and operated private fingerprinting company, we recognize and celebrate the history, heritage, resilience and diversity of First Nations, Inuit and Métis across Canada. Indigenous communities have always celebrated their history and culture on this particular day since this signifies the summer solstice as the longest day of the year.

A few weeks ago, The Fingerprint Room Inc. participated in the annual Indigenous Partnership Success Showcase (IPSS) 2024. The event was to celebrate the hardships and accomplishments of Indigenous businesses and organizations in Canada. Recognizing and celebrating Indigenous culture and heritage is a key part to Truth and Reconciliation.
