The Fingerprint Room Inc. is accredited by the RCMP to collect and process fingerprints for criminal record checks. Our trained fingerprinting staff will support you with criminal record checks, ink fingerprinting, digital fingerprinting, and embassy legalization services. 

For applicants living outside the country, we are certified to digitize fingerprints taken by ink or by a digital scanner, to the RCMP CCRTIS national database. For those living locally, we also offer ink fingerprinting on other countries’ fingerprinting forms. Our appointment takes about 15 minutes and the fingerprints are taken with the latest fingerprinting technology for best results. 

About our Fingerprinting Services

Using the most advanced fingerprinting technology for its accuracy, we provide reliable digital fingerprinting services. Fingerprints can be sent to RCMP in Ottawa immediately for its criminal record check request or printed out for use in other countries’ criminal record check applications. For countries requiring traditional ink fingerprinting, our trained staff will assist you for the best results.

What to bring to your fingerprinting appointment?

1. Two pieces of government-issued English IDs (one must include a photo)

2. Any related letter requesting you to have your fingerprints taken.

What to expect at our office?

1. We will confirm your identity with your IDs and answer any questions

2. Fingerprints will be taken accordingly

3. For RCMP criminal record check, our staff will arrange with the RCMP to issue your certificate to your preferred mailing address
