Applying for cultivation, processing and/or sale license under Cannabis Act and Regulations?

Fingerprinting for security clearances are automatically required for cultivation, processing, and sale licences. These include; directors, officers, partners, licence holders, head of security, maser grower, and quality assurance person (QAP).  For security clearance application, the RCMP or RCMP accredited private fingerprinting agencies can submit on your fingerprints on your behalf, electronically to the RCMP for the purpose of a criminal record check.

What to bring to your fingerprinting appointment?

1. Two pieces of government issued English IDs (one must include a photo)

2. Security Clearance Third Party Consent Form (can be provided at time of appointment)

What to expect at our office?

1. We will confirm your identity with your IDs

2. Fingerprints will be scanned and submitted to the RCMP

3. RCMP will issue your certificate directly to Health Canada

4. Receipt and DCN number will be available at the end of appointment
