After clients have their fingerprints taken on the RCMP C216C Fingerprint Card, the person fingerprinted, and the fingerprinting official must both sign on the appropriate section of the fingerprint card. In addition, the fingerprinting provider must also stamp their official agency stamp on the section stating, “Fingerprinting Agency/Department”. Sections in the sample below that states “Official Use Only” can be left blank.
