How do I know when the process is complete?
A: We will inform you the tracking number for the expedited priority courier once the documents are ready to be shipped out. You may track the number to keep updated with the shipping.
How long does it take to have the documents authenticated by the Consulate General of Taiwan?
A: The overall process to have the document apostilled will be about 10 to 15 business days. 5 business days to complete the US Department of State Apostille, 5 to 10 business days for authentication at the Consulate.
What documents do I need to have my documents authenticated?
A: For authentication for FBI identity history summary checks, we will simply require a pdf report. For any other documents, an original hardcopy must be mailed to our office. Additionally, we will also require an original hardcopy of the authentication request form filled out in blue pen. This must be filled out within six months.
