STEP 8: THE FINGERPRINT ROOM WILL COURIER YOUR RESULTS BY FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY SHIPPING WITH A TRACKING NUMBER
STEP 9: THE CERTIFICATE WILL ARRIVE AT YOUR DESTINATION WITHIN 1 TO 3 DAYS DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION

As per your inquiries, please find attached your RCMP fingerprint form for manual or digital completion; International Fingerprinting Application Form, Third Party Consent Form, and the Service Fees/ Credit Card Authorization Form. The format of the fingerprint form is crucial to digitizing your prints for electronic processing and analysis by the RCMP in Ottawa. We suggest you email us a scanned copy of your fingerprints first, followed by the originals (couriered or mailed) as this will allow us to begin the process much quicker.
Please follow the following steps:
1. Print out the RCMP C-216 form and take it to any local police department or fingerprinting agencies.
On the RCMP C-216 form please fill in your name, DOB, etc. The Fingerprint Sample attached is what your fingerprints should look like. Clarity of fingerprints is crucial as a smudged or unclear fingerprint will result in having to go through the process all over again.
2. Complete the International Fingerprinting Application Form clearly.
3. Scan a copy of your passport.
4. Complete the Third Party Consent Form.
5. Complete the Service Fees/ Credit Card Authorization Form.
Please be advised, you must send all complete documents via email (all documents must be in PDF format). Once we receive all of the documents, your RCMP background check will be under process. International Fingerprinting service fee includes digitization of your fingerprints, RCMP fee, RCMP Certificate and International courier service (total charge of CA$250). The full amount will be charged to your credit card when we receive your documents and you should receive your results in 14 days. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
