Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is a special type of Canadian Background Check. It checks if a person has any pardoned or suspended records of sexual offences. This type of check is often requested for employment or volunteer positions that can give people authority over children or vulnerable people.

As a RCMP accredited private fingerprinting agency, The Fingerprint Room Inc. can assist with most types of Canadian background check. However, the Vulnerable Sector Check is not something that we can assist with. Applicants must contact RCMP, or their local police directly to obtain the vulnerable sector check.
