How to Get Ink Fingerprints in Richmond, BC?

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately Richmond RCMP detachments no longer provide ink fingerprinting services for residents of Richmond, BC. You will need to contact your local RCMP accredited fingerprinting company to obtain your ink fingerprints.

We offer not only ink-and-roll fingerprinting services, but also digital livescan fingerprinting services. This is often required for applying for a police clearance certificate from a foreign country, such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, etc. Some countries may require the fingerprints to be taken on a specific format or form.

To have your ink or digital fingerprints taken with The Fingerprint Room Inc, follow these steps:

1. Book an appointment at our Richmond, BC office. We also accept walk-ins!
2. Bring two valid, government-issued IDs when you visit us. If your fingerprints need to be taken on a specific form, bring the document to our office.
3. Our fingerprint technician will take your fingerprints (ink or digital). You will receive the completed fingerprints after your appointment.
