The Real Estate Council of Alberta, RECA, is an independent real estate board that regulates real estate licensees in Alberta. If you are applying for a license from RECA, you will need to have your fingerprints taken to obtain a certified criminal record check (CCRC). You must apply for a CCRC before completing your pre-licensing education and the CCRC must be less than 6 months old at the time you apply for your license. We offer fingerprinting service in Calgary to help you obtain your certified criminal record check to submit to the Real Estate Council of Alberta. As RCMP accredited fingerprint agency, we can digitalize your fingerprints and submit the fingerprints directly into the RCMP Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) server securely. Once submitted, the RCMP will mail the results directly to RECA.
