A: We will need an original hardcopy of the document you would like to have it authenticated. Additionally, the Global Affairs authentication request form must be filled out.

A: The average processing time is approximately 10 business days.

A: Global Affairs Canada will not accept status update requests until 20 days have gone past. Once the certificate is shipped to the Global Affairs, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number. Please check its tracking number to keep updated on when the certificate arrived. A: When we process documents for authentication, an email with two tracking numbers will be sent to you. One going to Global Affairs and the other to your preferred mailing address. Once the second tracking number is active, you will know that the Global Affairs has completed the authentication and the package is now in transit to your mailing address.
