A: When we process documents for authentication, an email with appropriate tracking numbers will be sent to you. One going to the Global Affairs for its authentication, another to Paraguayan Embassy, then a third tracking number to your preferred mailing address. You may track where the certificate is based on the activation of the tracking numbers. Once the third tracking number is active, you will know that the Paraguayan Embassy have completed its legalization and the package is in transit to your mailing/shipping address.
