Consulate General of Vietnam

Authentication or otherwise known as legalization, from Consulate General of Vietnam is often required if you have Canadian documents that will be used in Vietnam.

Any documents that were issued within Canada can be authenticated. Some examples include:

Processing for Authentication with Consulate General of Vietnam

The average processing time is approximately 15 to 20 business days. The document will first be notarized. It will be then authenticated by the Global Affairs Canada. Once completed, the Consulate of Vietnam will authenticate and translate the document and have it shipped to your mailing address by international priority courier. Tracking numbers will be provided to track each processing.
