Required Documents for Authentication with Canadian Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China

– Authentication request form
– Passport copyIf you are not a Canadian citizen, you will need to write an explanation to your relations with Canada on your passport copy. You will also need to provide a document that shows the relationship with Canada. Examples include: work permit documents, study permit document, PR card etc.
