How to obtain Canadian Police Clearance:

  1. Book an appointment at one of our locations here.

  2. Bring the required documents.
    We need two pieces of your valid, government-issued IDs (e.g., passport, driver’s licence, health card, etc.). At least one piece of ID needs your photo.

  3. Get fingerprints taken.
    Our experienced fingerprint technician will take your fingerprints with our RCMP-approved devices and submit them instantly to RCMP’s CCRTIS database on your behalf.

  4. Receive your results.
    The hardcopy of your Canadian police clearance will be mailed to you. Should you wish to have your Canadian police clearance mailed to a third-party (e.g., lawyer, agent, immigration/visa office, family/friend) please inform our technician.

  5. Processing times.
    RCMP’s processing time is usually 5 to 10 business days if no criminal record is found. Processing time can take up to 120 days in the event that there is a criminal record.
