The Fingerprint Room Inc. is the first private Indigenous fingerprinting agency that is RCMP accredited in Canada. We are proud to be provincially and federally registered with the BC Metis Nation, and the Federal Indigenous Business Registry of Canada. We are also registered with CCIB (Canadian Council for Indigenous Business) and certified as an Indigenous business.

Our company offers Canadian police clearance certificates, which indicates if you have been convicted or charged with a crime, or have no criminal record. Canadian police clearance certificates can be done using your name and/or your fingerprints. In the event that the name-based clearance (Level 1) is inconclusive, you may be required to get a Canadian police clearance certificate, which is a fingerprint-based check (Level 2). This will take your fingerprints and match it against the RCMP’s CCRTIS database for any matches.

We are one of the few RCMP accredited agencies that has a direct connection to RCMP’s CCRTIS database. This direct connection allows for a secure and instant transmission of fingerprint data. Our offices are located in Richmond BC and Calgary AB. The Fingerprint Room Inc. also offers services for online police clearance certificate for international applicants.
