To be licensed as an immigration consultant in Canada, you must go through an exam with Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). ICCRC is the national regulatory body that promotes and protects the public interest by overseeing regulated immigration and citizenship consultants and international student advisors. A police certificate is required to prove your good character and conduct by having no convictions within Canada or abroad

To become an immigration consultant in Canada, you must prove your good character and good conduct by having no convictions in Canada and/or abroad. Police certificate are required for all countries that the applicant has resided for more than 6 months while they are over the age of 18.
If you lived in Canada for more than 6 months, you are required to submit Canadian police certificate to ICCRC.
We also offer digital and ink fingerprint services for you to apply for police certificate from other countries.
1. Two pieces of government issued English IDs (one must include a photo)
Fingerprints will be taken digitally, by scanning with our certified program, or taken by ink. Fingerprint forms will be available at the end of the appointment. Our company RCMP certification will be provided for all fingerprint forms.
