Cannabis Licence – Background Check

As Cannabis is now legalized in Canada, numerous employment opportunities have also arisen from the legalization of Cannabis. Prior to being able to legally cultivate, process, and sell cannabis in Canada. Individuals must obtain a licence issued by Health Canada corresponding to the specific roles they wish to play in the Cannabis supply chain prior to being allowed to possess cannabis.

Upon having your fingerprints submitted to the RCMP for the background check, applicants will then obtain the DCN from the staff of the fingerprinting agency to submit to Health Canada for the purpose of tracking the status of the Certified Criminal Record Check.
