我们公司是加拿大皇家骑警（RCMP）授权、批准，与加拿大皇家骑警（RCMP）信息服务中心（CPIC）联网运作，具备法律运营资格，专业从事「加拿大无犯罪记录证明」指纹认证的加拿大皇家骑警（RCMP）代办服务公司（The Fingerprint Room Inc.）。我公司采集的指纹，也得到美国联邦调查局（FBI）以及世界各国政府部门，警察机构的认可。
随着加拿大和全球其他国家越来越多领域对使用「加拿大无犯罪记录证明」指纹认证的需求和增长。由于我们公司的系统服务器直接与加拿大皇家骑警的信息服务中心（CPIC）数据库连接，并且在加拿大境内是唯一可以提供中文，日文，英文服务的公司，因此能够为客户提供安全可靠，快捷便利的服务。
无论是就业应聘、移民签证、申请义工、领养子女、出国旅游、更改名字等等。各国政府机构、企业、雇主都严格要求申请者提供「加拿大无犯罪记录证明」。加拿大皇家骑警（RCMP）出具的「加拿大无犯罪记录证明」在全球范围内因其可靠性和可信度而闻名，并被各国政府机构和企业雇主采用。
加拿大皇家骑警（RCMP）出具的无犯罪记录证明分两种。
一种是以名字（Name Based）检索的方式，用申请人姓名和出生日期在加拿大皇家骑警信息服务中心CPIC的数据库中检索是否存在犯罪记录。以此为据出具「加拿大无犯罪记录证明」，也称作CPIC证书。
※注：（Canadian Police Information Centre）是一个全国性的警方数据库。
另外一种是指纹采集（Fingerprinted Based）鉴定方式，用采集到的指纹信息在CPIC数据库中匹配是否存在犯罪记录（包括申请人姓名、出生日期信息）。以此为据出具「加拿大无犯罪记录证明」。
上述两种方法我公司均可受理。名字（Name Based）检索方式，由于同姓名等原因不适用的范围很多，如移民，就业等。CPIC申请也因数量有限，要预约。
我公司还提供下列有关服务，加拿大皇家骑警（RCMP）的指纹采集「加拿大无犯罪记录证明」的三级认证（律师，州政府，中国驻加拿大领事馆认证）；加拿大有关部门认证；中国驻加拿大领事馆中文认证；加拿大外交部认证；加拿大国籍暂停记录（Canadian Record Suspension）；入境美国豁免(US Waivers)文件；对RCMP和FBI的表格进行手动指纹识别；对应世界各国要求的指纹采集和认正。
加拿大境内居住的申请者，请到我公司卑诗省的列治文市和阿尔伯塔省的卡尔加里市的事务所做采集指纹（要预约）。加拿大其他省以及在加拿大境外的各国申请者请提交电子材料、申请表和指纹扫描，通过在线服务办理。
不受理社会弱势群体为对象的职业所需的「加拿大无犯罪记录证明」（如幼儿教师等职业）。

We had to use fingerprint scans done in South Africa while I was travelling in Germany. I was always kept updated by either Ash and/or Menze and always felt in good hands. Recently have ordered the RCMP criminal background check certificate through the Fingerprint Room Inc. and was really delighted with their highly professional and very fast service! They were professional and quick to reply and updated me at every stage of the process. I received both an scanned e-mail copy and I liked that they delivered the hardcopy report by tracked fedex.
