I consent to the search of the RCMP National Reposity of Criminal Records based on fingerprints and the release of a Crimina Record or any Criminal Information to The Fingerprint Room Inc. Information collected is in compliance with any federal, provincial, or municipal public sector privacy legislation and is disclosed in accordance to the privacy laws.

Due to the extensive procedures required in processing any of our services, a refund can only be granted if a cancellation request has been made within 24 hours upon submitting your application form and payment. Such requests made within 24 hours will be subject to a 10% cancellation charge of the total amount. The Fingerprint Room Inc. is not responsible for any refund, chargeback, nor a dispute after 24 hours of receiving your application form and payment. Services provided at The Fingerprint Room Inc. requires the applicant’s diligent and responsive input. Should the applicant become unable to complete the application due to their failure to provide the necessary documents and information, The Fingerprint Room Inc. will be unable to deliver its complete service and this is not to be deemed as a basis for a chargeback request. Changes in the government’s processing time cannot be considered as a reason for a refund request. The submission and payment of the application form will indicate your understanding and agreement to our policy.
